Default Speedo Manufacturer Registration Numbers

All officially made garments worldwide carry RN Registration Numbers on a small label with a bar code.
I have found a website which allows the public to find American manufacturers from RN's and vice versa but it do not apply outside the USA, this site is:
http://www.dir.ca.gov/databases/dlselr/garmregCMS.ASP

From this I determined that Speedos made in USA may carry the RN 43168 or New #: 19846.

These other numbers taken from my Speedos may help someone somewhere:

Thailand..........00300 85080
Sri Lanka.........00463 68321
China..............00420 63092

If anyone has any more genuine Speedo RN's they would like to add please contribute....

The RN's also relate to employee pay, conditions and health and safety, you may find this article relevant and interesting, re the Pakistan Garment factory Fire Investigation. (there is no suggestion that Speedos were made in this or any other factory involved).

I don't fully understand this subject, it is a crucial part of tracing fakers; if anyone knows more about it than me please teach us all.....

Default Foreign garment manufacture

Interesting research Torchwatch.

Even more interesting to know what amount of Regulations exist out there
but just how much they are flouted.
As this seems to come from Dhaka 13th April 2013 there is a certain
poignancy in Bangladesh's recent tragedy and the death toll is now a dreadful 1000+.
(I refer not to fire but the sudden collapse of an eight storey building containing five garment factories - it was a five storey building to which
three extra floors were illegally added).
These are the realities of the trade which we don't think about when buying our dirt-cheap T shirts.

The "good fakers" just create lables that have the correct RN. However, if buying a good sold in any country that subscribes to the RN protocol, if you buy a garment without an RN carrying a brand name...it is likely fake.

I stopped buying Nike running gear when I learned that they had used the Philippine Army to beat up their workers with rifle butts.
I guess those employed by criminal fakers are exploited and endangered even worse than this.
