Hi
I am in Medway, Kent and used to coach athletics (running).

I used to swim to Beach Lifeguard Qualification standard.

There are a few divers about but I think they train in Maidstone, I knew one a couple of years ago, he said he was good.

pvt message me if you want to get in touch.

best wishes
enjoy your speedos

Default Welcome....

Several answers for you:

Coaching available in Kent I will leave to Torchwatch.

For diet and training it is a little difficult to pursue through
Google as diving there always means SCUBA or skin.
I take it you mean board or platform and I would therefore
say what is recommended for swimmers applies (and you
have been one it seems). Trampoline work would be an
addition in diver training of course and there you would
follow very much the routine of gymnasts.

If you go to Tom Daley TV you can register for getting his
periodic newsletter.
(and you can even make contact - although an answer
from him is unlikely).

As for the red Aussie Bum it may be that Louis is reading
this but has not looked at the buy and sell forum recently,
where you have just posted.

Good luck - keep us informed.

Default divers

At least Maidstone gets winter use - sad pics on tv last night of Barcelona diving pool (Olympics 1992) neglected and with ducks and rubbish in the water.

Stunning location with backdrop of the Sagrada Famiglia:

Default not Barcelona

No, this is Antarctica.

English guy Lewis Pugh - maritime lawyer and environmental campaigner and the world's greatest cold waater swimmer.
(born Plymouth funnily enough - same as Tom Daley)
