Default Bogner swim briefs

There are Bogner swim briefs at Swimwear4men. Does anyone know much about them?

http://www.swimwear4men.com/

Some of the briefs are described as 3.5 cm side seam, though I'm not sure they're as narrow as that. Difficult to tell when they're not modelled.

Unhappy Bogner

Sorry Bede - not known to me (or anyone else it seems) but a brand of suit from Austria I believe. I did find something here but regret my bad spelling did not allow any progress - so, as George V would have said, bugger Bognor! http://media-cdn.tripadvisor.com/med...t-low-tide.jpg

From Germany (Munich) though made in China. Similar in specifications to my Speedo Endurance 2" suit, so hopefully will perform well in swimming.

Had a swim today and they were fine. Really comfortable and you could imagine wearing them all day long. More expensive than what I'm used to paying, but probably worth it.

It just occurred to me that these briefs are quite low rise, and it fact are more that 1 cm lower than my Speedo Endurance briefs (which rest below the hips).

Not a problem. Just pleased I don't possess dark hair as I would have to do some shaving.

Hi Bede,

Are the Bogner briefs as low rise as the Turbos and Sportis? They are both very low rise and I have to do some shaving but it's no big deal because they are so comfortable and have a great fit. Are you happy with the Bogners? Do you use them for lap swimming?

Reasonably happy. They don't seem to fit quite as tight as my Speedos, so that 35' waist would probably be ideal compared to 36 which I wear, but of course you can't get that size. There was a moment yesterday when I pushed off from the side where the suit seem to slip a bit down my bottom. I waited till I reached the other side before I did an adjustment, and they were fine after that. Not too bothered about the front, as I double tie them, and if they slip down a little they won't be noticed under the water.

Probably not a good idea to wear them for diving off the 10m board, mind.

But yes, I wear them for lap swimming and I did a longer session than normal yesterday as they were so comfortable.

shaulis,

I think that's the second Christmas present you're giving yourself if I remember correctly.
