I'm in Aus, but only get to Melbourne once a year in Feb!

I usually wear thongs. Had a guy tell me how good I looked down there last month on St Kilda beach and he said he wished more people like me would wear them.

Nice pic but can any of you guys from Oz name the event?
Something is taking place as the guy in the yellow Budgy Smuggler is painted with a mark on his chest. He also belongs to a club which is something.....ball....frenchie - can you make out the earlier letters?

(makes a change to see a Budgy once more - and a Union Flag to go with it)
(not to mention two wearers looking good)
