Default divers

Seems you joined YouTube January 13.
Camerawork a bit shaky - would be nice to see the dives and pool exits.

The divers in these films may be tempted to teach your camera to swim should they see these videos.
To film them in their speedos doing the event is ok, but concentrated close ups of their suits is a breach of privacy unless you have their express permission to do so.
If you want close up speedo shots then get some mates to model for you.

What is the age range of college students in the USA?

Torchwatch - college students in the U.S. are almost always 18-22 years old. Most American students graduate from high school at age 17 or 18, then start college/university a few months later. A few may still be 17 when they enroll in college, depending on what month they were born, but likely turn 18 shortly after enrollment. Obviously, a few very gifted youths may be younger (I met a 16 year-old at my local university pool who was in his third year of college!), and some young people don't start college until they are in their 20's, but 18-22 would be the average.
Is it a breach or violation of privacy to film the 'Speedo-covered' parts of an athlete's body? That's an interesting question - if you thought they were handsome, and only filmed their faces, would that violate privacy? If you had a 'thing' for the strong legs of divers, and only filmed their legs, would that violate privacy? While seeming somewhat tasteless, I'm not sure filming 'Speedo-covered' areas only would meet a legal definition of violating privacy.

Default privacy

Neither am I - to propound such "violation" would mean hundreds of lawsuits against tv
producers where cameras are often directed on audience faces in a show being broadcast
(has every one of these spectators given prior permission and forego their right of "privacy"?)

Thumbs down banned

Maybe Tw was on to something - now removed by YouTube on grounds of unacceptable nudity or sexual content.
Bye bye tempman.

I think there was a guy in So Cal photographing teen swimmers and water polo boys in their speedos and posting the photos on line. It was popular with his fans but parents and the boys in question were outraged, they set out to stop it, I guess they succeeded but I don't remember exactly how the story ended up.
