Could a mailshot be sent the membership giving them cut-off date after which the project would be abandoned?
It might spur a few people into action, or at least put the issue to bed for those that have expressed an interest.

I think only a board admin can do that. but I support it I'll commit to 2 ( so we only need 3 more ) if we can get those soon.
