Well, this is a very interesting question, my friend. But, this far, I haven't faced this thing. We, male, gets sexually aroused when we see something sexual or naked girls or something very erotic. But, this can be controlled by wearing g-strings because it supports the private part of the men. It keeps it fit and breathable so that it doesn't get itchy.

As I may have said before in other threads, the're other times Iv'e had an erection is at the doctor's office during a medical examination. I'm wearing my favorite warm, snug winter attire with leotard and tights underneath on a cold winter day when called into the exam room to undress completely for the doctor's(female) examination. I do have an erection from the warm, tickling snug layers of my outfit, especially the leotards, knowing it'll soon have to all come off and be totally naked for her and the female nurse.
