....the one with rings is quite anonymous Louis so don't assume it's Jaked (which it pretty certainly is not).

Btw Naked Budd mentioned Parr of Arizona (his post of 04-25-2012) but
in that instance he was talking about D rings (so not what we are looking at now).

The second photo is the one you posted before, the area around the rings is not smooth due to poor design.
