Staying in shape is not easy and that's coming from someone blessed with an insanely high metabolism. Although I can eat what I want, when I want; I stay slim. But staying slim doesn't cut it for me. I like to keep somewhat toned. I average about eight hours a week in the gym on isolation machines as well as run. I don't have any desire to look like the Rock but try and keep my body fat percentage under 12%.

If you totally want to rock the speedo, you have to earn it. Diet and exercise are key. I'm not saying you have to live on tofu and rice, but just be aware of the consequences if you decide to overindulge in that chocolate cake.
The choice I've made to wear speedos forces me to stay reasonably fit. If I didn't wear them, I would most definitely be less fit looking. |
