Hey CD
I used your link, followed from video to video until I found the original 2001 version of Waterboys. (English subtitles) Great speedo movie that I haven't been able to find before although I have seen the sequels and the tv series. Many thanks From the final part of the Waterboys there are links to real Japanese School Waterboys shows. Amateur but fun. The Japanese show us that you can have fun in speedos.
