Very revealing, bulge display swim brief help

So my buddy and I recently lost a bet to the girls. The penalty: we have to wear "dick sock" (as it was called) swimwear to the beach. Basically some sort of penis/bulge display swimsuit. Had a look online, and wow. . .

We had worn speedos to the beach once in the past, and it was kind of fun, but we are terrified of the prospect of wearing such revealing swimsuits. Saw bowie blade bikini from Koala, and that seemed like one of the better ones as it had full back.

Are there any suggestions of swimsuits that might fit the penalty criteria that would be more tame? Like with a full brief back maybe. Any brands that we should look at?

We feel like these type of swimsuits would have to be worn at like an adult-only/nudist resort. Are there any beaches where people may wear these type of swimsuits. Any suggestions on wear to go?
