Default Stretch Polyurethane PU

If you want fabrics that look rubbery you have a choice of PVC Lycra or stretch Polyurethane (PU).
Stretch PVC looks good but as it is a layer of PVC attached to Lycra with adhesive you will find that the PVC flakes off when it is over-stretched or it gets wet.

I have recently made some stretch PU swim briefs, one in my size that I have tested in the shower and found to past the test.
This fabric fits tight, feels good, looks rubbery and can get wet with out any problems. It may have a medium rather than a long life expectancy when used regularly.
