Another anti newspaper opinion....but
Here is a link (I hope) to my local rag they call a newspaper, about keeping Speedos off the beach. What is interesting is that the comments below the article are mostly in favor of "wear what you want". Considering this is a "southern" area I did not expect this response.

The columnist was expecting a whole different response to her article than what she got. I too was surprised by the responses given especially when I saw it was Virginia Beach a very conservative area.

Yes, the usual rubbish from an egotistical journalist , no doubt trying to impress the editor by sparking more (very much past its sell-by date) controversy.
Her only redeeming feature is to say ".......and neither should a woman's...." as regards "a man's business should not be on display" (oh, well - it seems I must add "business" now to "junk" in my vocabulary - how very strange - can't we just say genitalia so that we all know what we are talking about?). Some good comments - hope they shocked her - but would like to know from what ancient grave the old ballroom joke was exhumed. |

Well, she does say she may never go to the beach again so if anyone can turn up at the Virginia newspaper office in something skimpy she might just possibly remove herself from there also.
