lol well if were wearing there speedos while polishing the ball i would understand to better see thereb reflections in there speedos trough the balls lol

.....they are up there to make it bright and shiny again as an aircraft passing overhead recently made a mess with a fuel spillage.

(The Atomium in Brussels, from the World Exhibition of 1958, was clad in aluminium which had dulled and has been replaced with stainless steel panels)
