Have you ever stuffed your Speedo?

In the privacy of my room I used to experiment with stuffing my speedos and jammers with socks, but I never did go out that way.

These days I just wear swim briefs that are cut smaller all around and sometimes wear cock rings for a little extra support. suits with pouches seem to be much more comfortable to me than the flat fronts for extended wear.

Nope, don't need to. I did buy a foam insert recently that I thought would help smooth out the details of some of my suits that tend to show more than I would like. The foam insert looks way too obvious that there is something stuffed in there so I'll never use it.
