Does anyone know what this brand is?

I know it's Speedo but I wonder from how back--and without a liner? I don't think Speedos are generally that transparent.

The logo is not a Speedo swoosh and appears to be silk screen printed on..
Speedo do not usually have white stripes screen printed onto the sides of their suits. Speedo usually use thicker and better quality fabric than used here. It's not Speedo. It could have been made by anyone with access to silk screen printing and was willing to make a suit unlined (unless the liner was cut out). It is always better to make or buy an unlined suit rather than cut out a liner, a brief always looks wrong after a liner has been removed and there is a danger of cutting the fabric while removing the liner which ruins the fit. |

Thanks for the insight. That's actually a Speedo logo from a while back--at least it's included in the Speedo logo history I found. Though you might be right it's not an actual Speedo suit, it makes me wonder why anyone would take the time to put a genuine Speedo logo on a non-Speedo suit, or even photoshop it on for a picture. Still pretty damn sexy and just the right degree of transparency.

it's possible that the suits transparency was shopped as well as other enhancements. Before editing, it may have started out as a simple blue or green speedo.

Good point. That's even more likely.

Happens to be a photo I shot of a model. It is a speedo circa 2009. Nothing was Photoshopped. I think I still have the suit.
