Default Colour of the month challenge June 18

Hi it's a new month and a new challenge so search through your drawers for this months colour and we shall have.... navy blue.

If you have navy blue swim briefs etc, of any description get them on get them wet, sunbathe or cut the lawn in them. Be brave and tell all (nearly all) to score loads of points, and remember points win prizes !

Well done lapswimmer bonus points to you for being first to complete the challenge.
I swam 1500m this morning in navy blue Dianna swim briefs, the fabric reminds me of paper Lycra but they are getting old and the leg elastic has lost it's ping. I brought them out again for the challenge.

That's too easy. It's my second favourite colour of swimsuit after black.

Swam 1750 yards in my navy Japanese Speedo Aquablade suit. Probably my "go-to" suit for the last few years - holds up well.

Well done chaps, lots of points to both of you, those Japanese styled swim briefs are always exciting to wear, are they 1" sides and in a public pool ?

I swam 1500m in my Australian navy and light blue Speedos with the word "Speedo" printed on the rear in red, on Friday morning.
When I got them home and air dried them and was about to write this I realised the navy parts of the suit were in fact black but the light blue sections next to it made it look navy. So no points to me for all that swimming.

These swim briefs are size 34 and i should be wearing 36 or even 38, so they felt a bit tight and I could feel the stiffness of the printed rear. Maybe if someone needs them more than me I should post them on.

I've ordered some Arena Santa Marias in my size to make up the loss, in navy blue of course.

I think the NS suits have a 1" side as shown in an earlier pic I posted. I swim in these suits at the local YMCA. Smallest suit in the place but a few Speedos show up from time to time.

This particular Speedo suit is just about an inch and a quarter side width; which is typical of the Japanese competition suits. I have a few competition suits that are cut a bit smaller, which was the style about 8 years ago (when I bought them). I wear all of these at the public pool without issue - I'm there to swim as are most everyone else there! Probably 50% of male swimmers in brief suits on any given day; it varies.

There are always a few people that walk the lanes for resistance exercise, though.
