OK (btw to add to my troubles I cannot retrace now the speedo pic I was trying to post)
There is something on Edit for this website which I have discovered. To be quick against a mistake on a post within an existing thread means it is possible to delete and nobody will be confused. Deletion will not work however if a new thread has been prepared (hence the strange message you saw).

PS: Did anyone spot the spammer of a few days ago?
He joined as a new member just to sell women's jewellery , with posts on two forums , and I told him to go away (Mike was so quick on removing him there is no trace now and I bet few members even knew he was there).
