Being unfamiliar with the expression tatt I decided to consult the Urban Dictionary to increase my anticipation before puzzling.
Definition:
Tatt: Used by a female when wanting to see the penis of a man who has just been shown the breast of that same female. As in "Come on, it's only fair! Tit for tatt."
Anticipation unfulfilled, nevertheless nice tatts, most enjoy the suit seated on the large balls.
