As my readers here are well aware, I am very fond of compression gear, not only tees and shorts, but tights that cover my lower body and fit all the way to my ankles. Since I retired, I work out in my home gym nearly every morning, In the warmer months typically some compression shorts that end above my knee but in the cooler months, I wear the tights that fit all the way to the ankle. If I have no need to get out and about, I usually wear the snug-fitting compression gear for the remainder of the day as well.
As my readers also know. The snugger the fit of my gear, the happier I am. So, the shorts and tights are typically size SM.
I have been watching some short REELS videos where guys wear snug tights but with a difference. For the tights I currently own the tights have a panel that fits as a solid piece of elasticized cloth that is about 4 inches wide that spans the butt crack. But in the tights I am seeing in the REELS videos have a vertical sewn seam that goes vertically along the butt crack. In the videos the seam fits so snug that it cuts into the butt crack and divides the glutes much like a snug-fitting thong would do that fits within the butt crack.
Of course, this fit depends on how snug the tights fit and also how big the guy’s glutes are.
Still, this sent me off in a search to see if I could find compression tights that had a vertical seam in the middle of the rear. I searched on E bay and on Amazon, and finally found these, and I ordered 3 pairs from Amazon in SM in the colors you see. The seam is where it needs to be but appears not to cut as deep between the glutes as it appeared in the REELS videos. These are due to arrive by the weekend so time will tell. I will update you once they arrive.

but generally the fit is good. Not that I am complaining, however.
