Rufskin has always put the draw string off center so it fits into the natural valley in the male anatomy and don't form a bump on top of the guys package and look strange. Now that they put it on the outside I guess they left it there as a trademark thing or so strings don't spoil the view.

I also like this one for the way the photographer catches the water drops (not to mention a well-fitting suit). The mystery for this guy I think is what was he wearing for the tanline (and what's the logo on the bum).
