Was cycling down Bluebell Hill this morning, on a section of the old road, in a lay-by was one of those party hire stretch limo's, a few guys in suits stood around. By the open door was a fair haired guy in late 20's, he was wearing only a yellow tee shirt and red Speedos, European racing cut.

Were you there? Was it you? What was happening?
