Default no speedo area

Anyone know where is this Surfer's Paradise and what homes there have to be respected by those awful speedo-wearers?

Aside from my immediate response, i get confused. A girl in a string bikini and exposed thong ass or bulging exposed breasts is okay. I was born boy. I got the anatomy that came with being a guy. The human body is a work of art and science. So my swim suit has a frontal bump out. I guess i just do not understand the issue. Its okay to see a womens exposed ass and tits, but the fully covered anatomical rise of the male anatomy is bad? My swim briefs r far less revealing than most womens bikinis. Wear our briefs without shame. We r guys...yes we got a bulge.

Default c'est la vie

There IS a double standard which is unfortunate to say the least.
The gay tag on speedos seems to be impossible to shift however and it must have something to do with str8 guys having to admit (if they are honest with themselves) that they actually admire another fit guy in a brief suit.

In the sporting context of swimming diving and water polo, wearing them seems to be acceptable as practical and necessary for the activity in question - but in the leisure conext they become taboo.
(Interesting to see that SpeedoChubby says "not in front of the family").

40-50 years ago it was simply an item in a man's summer wardrobe - it wouldn't be written about, any more than his socks or his underpants.
Those were the days before television coverage of gay pride parades however and I am sorry to say that their in-your-face activities generate a certain perception of something distasteful in the minds of those who tend to prudery and see such public displays.

There is a long way to go before this belief can be changed that bikinis are only for girls.

Default surfers paradise

Surfers paradise in in Queensland gold coast Australia, but I would be surprised if the place you are referring to would be there, speedos are totally the norme at surfers paradise beach, the beach area is full of speedo shops, and even the SLSC ,S P beach all wear speedos.
If the sign is there it probably is on or near the surfers section off the beach,
Speedos are not recommended for surfing because of sand accumulating in the suit, thus shorts permits sand to more easely evecuate from the surfers shorts.

Default speedos unreasonable

OK - unable to find out how that pic reached cat-mom and also cannot find who or what is the Surfers Paradise Environmental Protection Unit.

I can only assume a local resident has a property on the beach and objects to speedo wearers in the vicinity being improperly attired and spoiling his/her view.

Default back to France....

OK - ignore travelpod above - it just won't work.

What the residents will accept on their streets is this:

(note the usual gender discrimination - only a male figure is shown)

What they are trying to avoid in their exclusive resorts is no doubt this:
