Default Red bumps after trimming

As we all know as speedo wearers, it's necessary to groom the bikini line so we look our best in our speedos. I tend to get those red bumps a lot on my legs close to where the speedo leg opening should be. Does anyone have any good remedies to quickly get rid of these red bumps?

For the record, I use a Philips Norelco Body Groomer for all body trimming and I keep that area as clean as possible.

Try some exfoliating soap or a coarse loofah and a neutral/non-perfumed moisturizing cream after. It should clear up within a couple of days. Works well for me. I use hair removal cream.

Wink Bikini Line

Hair removal is the best remedy. It doesn't pain and it also cleans the area.

For sensitive skin my recommendation is either the Wahl or Andis close shavers. Since I tend to press firmly I found that the thin foil covering the blades on the Andis will far outlast the Wahl. Shave all over with both styles of shavers including the testicles. Leaves a razor blade close shave. However, the shavers aren't designed to cut anything more than stubble.
