Swam 1700 yards in my royal blue Mizuno competition brief. This suit has the FINA sticker on the back which was needed when participating in a FINA-sponsored Master's tournament a few years ago - well made!

Congratulations, extra points for getting in first and with a Mizuno.
It's been snowing here and I've had a throaty cold that makes me cough when I go outside, so I've not been in the water yet this month.
The royal blue Addicted brief I suggested recently seems to have sold out in most sizes.
Arena seem to have some nice royal blue briefs on Amazon.

I started a persistent cough at the beginning of February and decided to stay out of the water. After 3 weeks of coughing and not knowing why I found myself in bed with a chest infection. When I coughed hard enough I was sick, it was hard to keep food down or sleep.
I was off work for 3 weeks, and when I finally went back I had to take things easy, I wasn't anywhere near fit enough to go swimming.
Today I went swimming again for the first time since being ill, I didn't swim far and felt slightly dizzy when I left but at least I'd gone back in the water.
I wore royal blue Maru swim briefs with yellow flashes on the hips. I was early at the pool (they had kid's inflatable toys moored in the lanes area) but spent some time in the changing cubicle rethreading the waist cord of my swim briefs where it had partially pulled out.
It was good to go swimming again.

I know I've cheated by stretching February's challenge into March and April but I've been trying to swim in my royal blue Maru's for weeks.

That's a nuisance. I wore my royal blue Aussiebum's on one occasion in March, so I was a month out.

Torch, I hope you quickly get fully recovered. You've had a rough time of it, man!

Take care!
