I find that very uncomfortable so I go up and to the side at an angle.

Wink positions up, down or sideways

I always have it position up, finding that very comfortable, snug and secure in speedo style swim briefs or leotards. Regardless how much you try avoid showing an erection under speedo style swim suits, it's going to happen, as the soft clinging lycra or polyester feel so nice wet or dry, getting a nice tickling and secure in them, and I,m in no hurry taking it off. During the cold winter months wearing leotard and tights as warm underwear, the best position is upright with the same feelings, with a healthy erection showing underneath is unavoidable and really feels great when being helped stripping off my leotard and tights by a lovely nurse in the exam room, at the doctor's office.
