To lose weight, one should eat "low GI" food, clean food, whole food, etc.
Body builders have to eat fat too, that's unsaturated fat, omega-3,etc. Also protein and complex carbohydrate.

To show body definitions, ripped muscle, they have to reduce salt/sodium and water as much as possible.

Rice and many fruits actually can make people fat. Brown rice and whole wheat bread should be better choices...

I meant citrus fruits, they are supposed to accelerate energy consumption.
Oats are good too, maybe porridge for breakfast.

.....Six packs abs are not easy to get, sometime involve eating tasteless food...

Smile nice bikini

You seem to have lost weight NJH - if that was summer 2011.

(rather odd - you managed a big pic for Louis here but it turned
into a new thread - and that's where Sebbie has responded).

Louis. One word for building ABS
STATIONARY Rowing machine.
Use 30-60 minutes a day every day.
there is a Stamina 1205 machine you can find on Rowingmachines.com that costs about $230.
It will solve your problem with regular use. In the process you will build your shoulders and pecs as well

Last few years, I was visiting body building forums. I learned the way to diet, the way to train. After 1 year of diet and 6 months of revising weight training routine, I was at the point of that photo last summer.

Winter was a good time to gain weight, for the purpose of gaining size. A couple months, I gain almost 30 lbs (fat), with regular training. Now I am just starting to shed the lbs and getting ready for summer.

For my photo, I wanted to start a thread and posting it within the "General Mens Swim Suit Guy Talk" forum. Then linking it from here...

Default Training

OK - seems to have produced some benefits.

LOL - there's a guy here doing a lot of muscle-stretching no doubt but it seems it should come with one of those warnings to say "Don't try this at home".
