I've learned that it's sometimes possible to tell whether a guy is getting fun and interesting sensations from his penis inside his speedo by carefully looking at the penis position and appearance thru the Speedo. Generally, if the penis is pointed up and at least slightly turgid as this guy's is, the guys is likely feeling the fun. Given the grin on this guy's face there clearly is something that is amusing him other than what he is seeing. A great moment for a photo!
