I've been a member of a men's private health club for several years. It is a great place, the the age of members varies from college age guy to guys in their 60's and all in good shape. I'm in my late 40's and also in good shape. Our club has a welcoming and initiation day for our new young college age members. Some of us are their mentors,myself included.
