I would
never make a move on my brother unless somehow it was mutually agreed to. I'm out to everyone so all he would have to do is ask but since he hasnt so far its probably not gonna happen. In our teens we "wrestled" in the bedroom and I remember alot of mutual junk touching, maybe its just wishful thinking.
