Happy to report, that I did wear my speedos proudly at the hotel pool in Dubai. Felt comfortable and had no issues.
Disappointed not to see more men wearing the speedos. So many Europeans in Dubai and all wearing swim shorts.
Even had an adults only pool at the hotel and I was still the only male in speedos.
