I learned to swim at the Oakdale (Guest) Ranch during the 1960's and early 1970's when I grew up attending this nudist resort during the entire summer seasons with my Mom, Aunt, and sisters. Nudity was mandatory for boys, girls, and men. However, teenage girls and women could wear bikini bottoms or shorts when ever they liked, except for in the pool, of which some just wore them all of the time. I never had any issues with swimming nude. I soon had learned it all and didn't take any additional swim lessons.
