Staying in shape is not easy and that's coming from someone blessed with an insanely high metabolism. Although I can eat what I want, when I want; I stay slim. But staying slim doesn't cut it for me. I like to keep somewhat toned. I average about eight hours a week in the gym on isolation machines as well as run. I don't have any desire to look like the Rock but try and keep my body fat percentage under 12%.
