Do you have a gmail account?

If so, go to DRIVE.GOOGLE.COM and upload the picture to your goggle drive. You can download the Google Drive app from the Play Store, it makes life easier. Once the picture is uploaded, you'll need to set it to share, preferably without requiring a login. Then copy the shareable link and paste it into your post on here.

If you want to post an actual picture instead of a link to it, it's more complicated and you'll need a web host for photos.
