Joe plays as a rider....
There are 8 guys on bicycles on the track for each team at any point in the game. Two of these are known as swinger-riders, as they will be alternating position with two of the defenders for the second half . Only 6 of the 8 are allowed to actually throw the game ball into the scoring hole. The other two, who are actually the swinger-riders play something of a support role. They tend to ride near the back of the pack of riders, and if the game ball is lobbed their way, their position is to get the ball back up to one of the riders who is allowed to score by putting the game ball into the hole.
The bicycles are now waiting for each rider outside the door of the locker room. Joe finds his bicycle and gets up on the seat. Joe knows that he is feeling pretty good as he gets on the bicycle, given the fit and positioning of his game strap and cup. The sensations are only reinforced once Joe gets on the seat of the bicycle, which is curved in a special way to stimulate his perineum area. Indeed, the riders are all feeling something of a psychosexual “high” as they parade into the playing track. Joe now fully understands why this is so. The crowd in the stands is standing and cheering them on. There are, of course, star players as well as players like Joe who are more in a support role.
As the riders enter the arena, the big cameras focus on them one by one, panning toward their groin areas as each player passes by the camera. These camera shots are fed directly to the big screens placed in strategic locations throughout the arena, along with the logos of each team, the navy blue and creamy white Riderball Commandos and the steel gray and dark red Riderball Raiders. No doubt these same pictures are fed out to the TV network that is covering the game too.
Let the game begin! All of the riders are very good at what they do. The track itself is actually a clay-dirt material, definitely not smooth, which explains why the bicycles look as much like dirt bikes as racing bikes. The game ball is lobbed in the direction of Joe, and Joe is able to catch it while still maintaining his balance on the bicycle. Joe lobs the ball back toward one of the rider scorers who immediately lobs it into the hole and scores. The Raider defenders whose jobs are to lob the ball back to the Raider riders completely missed that one! Joe gets to count that score in his own stats as an assist.
When a rider scores, all sorts of things happen in the arena. The LED lights in the clear ball light up almost like fireworks, alternately red, blue green and gold. But the whole scoring board where the hole is also suddenly lights up. The game camera, of course, catch all of this and the din is captured both on the big arena screens. The crowd stands and cheers.
Scores actually happen relatively infrequently. Generally the defenders do a better job of lobbing the ball back instead of allowing the score than happened this time. And there are slow moments in game play. The TV cameras have been known to take advantage of these slow moments by panning the camera on the various players, sometimes the riders but often the defenders with their skimpy swim- brief style suits. The game cameras have been known to focus on the groin areas of the defenders, especially the defenders who appear to have an oversized bulge for some reason going on and showing well for the camera. This image gets blown up on the big screen and that happens almost invariably the crown goes into a loud cheer. The defenders know that the attention they get during the game (and perhaps their salaries too) depends in part on how these camera shots come off to the game team owners, so the incentive is to keep at least a semi hard-on all during the game.
We are now coming up on half time, and the game between the Commandos and the Raiders is tied 2 to 2. The crowd stood and cheered at every score. Joe has managed stay on his bike throughout the first half too and is getting credit for the assist on the first Commandos goal.
Joe realizes that he will need to change out of his strap, cup and compression gear for second half-play in a Commandos defender position. After what began as some initial feelings of discomfort, particularly from that wild-butt elastic thong back, Joe decides that he has rather “enjoyed” the regulation strap, cup, and how it fit his body. Joe is actually hoping that he will stay hard enough in his defenders brief such that the camera will focus occasionally on his groin area and that his body will be featured on the big screen at slow moments during the second half. Joe realizes that all of this is a key part of the sport for team fans, and has a lot to do why the network TV ratings for the sport are high. Everything fits together: A bunch of really horny guys in snug-fitting garb playing a game using a ball that looks nothing so much as like a giant glistening drop of precum!
