Who makes a good swimsuit like a Speedo but a little more cheeky?

Any recommendations for a swim brief like a Speedo that is lined and with a drawstring but a little more cheeky? Something like a Speedo front coverage but about 80% coverage in the rear.

Yes, I like the bright neon colors. Speedo has a yellow one that I like and this one looks like it's the Speedo brand.
