I know Tru-West still make suits in the US, and TYR does also - unless they've changed in the last couple years. Monsterpolo also makes suits in the US, incl. some really hot brief suits!

There is a man who owns a shop on the venice boardwalk in LA that makes speedo's right in his shop. For $20 bucks I have gotten some nice 1" suits. Id like to try an American Aparell suit sometime
