It looks like cotton square cut underwear, cultures that don't often use the Roman alphabet use the letters as artistic icons and throw them together without sense or meaning. Probably made in China.

:) Thanks - could be so - I even theorised about Greek, having the waistband turned over, wearing inside-out , etc.
