I vote for the Sporti
I like the fit in front better

Awesome idea...

Love this creative idea... just as the board was getting old... you gave it new life! Also, you make both suits look great!

Okay, the analysis. I love the front of the Sporti, and the brand does have a great fit. Agree with Sebbie that the front look is much hotter. However, I really like the back side look of the Nike, with the seam and the splash of blue. I actually have that suit and love it, so I may be biased here. Of course this is hard (in many ways) because you look hot in both.

Final answer: Sporti... the smaller cut, tighter fit and the way it looks on you give the Sporti the edge.

Now... I gotta get a cold jump in the lake...:D

I vote Sporti too

Swimmboy 06-10-2012 03:24 PM

That shade of blue on the Nike suit is nice, but I also like the Sporti suit- just as women love a 'little black dress', it's tough to beat a 'little black Speedo (or Sporti' on a guy!

PSDave 06-10-2012 06:05 PM

I vote Sporti too. But pull them down a tad on your hip so top is level

Swimsuit Shootout

Add sporti for louis to.

For the price

Sporti for the price alone is the best buy for swimwear. I have been wearing-doing miles of laps-especially the square cuts. The are holding up spendidly. Will downsize on next buy because of ever so slight "bagginess"

NJHunkguy 06-11-2012 01:27 PM

....... Sporti ;)

kumu 06-11-2012 08:40 PM

Another vote for the Sporti

Nice idea!

Round 1: Sporti Wins

I think it's safe to say that the Sporti Euro Brief wins.

I'll change and get ready for another round. In the meantime, post your own.

Jack78 - Thanks for the pics. The plaid is such a nice change from the solid colors. :D

shootout 2

I vote with Crail on this one - TYR
(is it the word COLORFAST under the logo?)(need my specs.)

Btw Sporti has come into this forum's posts and I have sought
a company website (it being a new name to me).
None seems to exist although suppliers are clearly around to
sell the products (seems unusual not to see a presentation
like Speedo Corp. and the others).

I have also seen Ugly extolled as great suits on Yahoo posts
- any opinions on those ?

Flip 06-16-2012 10:51 PM

Kant wait to submit some pics

Ive got to learn how to submit these pics, its been along time since ive done this kind of thing! I have a couple of Nylon, "Aussiebum" suits:

I vote for the plaid.

Sporti is almost a house brand for swimoutlet.com, not sure anyone else sells

Byron, my vote is for the two tone (side stripes)

I was going to say anonymous speedos but maybe an AB tag on right one.
Anyway, choose between string tied and string loose.

Round 2: Plaid Wins

Plaid wins that round. I guess I need to look in my closet and figure out what's next. Let me get changed. ;)

Byron 06-20-2012 09:47 PM

:) OK - we shall await - and if you take a shower on the way a pic of that too would do nicely.

Round 2 - Plaid wins

Jackk78 - A very statuesque presentation. :D

Torchwatch 06-21-2012 06:14 PM

Somehow a shower photo just cries out for thin white shorts or speedos.

jackk78 06-23-2012 09:09 PM

I suppose I could use a shower...

swimsuit.....

Sporty again. has my vote.

sebbie 06-24-2012 11:16 AM

I've beebn comparing the Sporti cut with a number of other brands. They obviously have a narrower side, but the big difference is that the length is about a half inch shorter than tho old Club Swim Euro brief, and as much as two inches shorter through the crotch area than a standard brief. This means that space for equipment is quite limited, and everything must be positioned exactly right in order to fit exactly right. Your photos show the impacts of this short fit. In front, unshaved, the sporti shows just a bit of pubic hair. In the rear, the suit is just at the edge of showing a bit of butt-crack. The preference a guy would have for the Sporti over the other suits depends on how comfortable he is with the look. For me, I love the barely there Asian look of the Sporti, but I can understand why others could prefer one of the others for regular swimming. With the Euro Sporti you are going to worry about whether everything is positioned just right so as to not reveal anything too immodest. With either of the others, you need not worry. Of course, there is a non-Euro Sporti as well as a poly Sporti available too which should fit closer to the other two.

Sebbie

photo-finish

Difficult to choose for different reasons but I will say Nike core nylon to win

PSDave 06-24-2012 07:31 PM

sporti for me

dorcas3 06-24-2012 08:57 PM

Sporti Flags

You can prevent butt crack exposure by showering with the suit on before going to the pool. Flags is just a little ocer 2" sides when worn an I did today. No signs of damage after 7 days of lap swimming. Again-great suit for the money.

inmywetbikini 07-03-2012 05:51 PM

Sporti

Sporti here too. It's lower and snugger. Though as others have mentioned, the blue spliced bit is nice on the Nike suit, I still go for fit.

SwimTeamSpeedo 07-04-2012 11:41 AM

Sporti for sure

sortie 07-11-2012 02:54 PM
