Choose your beach with care.
The rear of these briefs will go completely transparent when wet, while the front doesn't hide much. Find a spot on a quiet beach away from the crowds. Away from anyone who might take offence. Remember getting into the sea is easy, but once your swim briefs are wet and see through everyone around will see you walking back to your towel and that's when they'll notice more than they expected. Don't make it a walk of shame. |

I totally agree with Torchwatch. I assume this is an AB WJ in white. I have one too, and I stay away from the crowds and normally wear on a beach when no one is around or in private on the boat. Nice suit but tell all. If that isn't a problem or is the purpose then Have Fun! (PS: Coming from the water when wet and someone is around, I move my equipment out of the WJ and against me to increase the affect of the liner)

I agree it is too translucent for a public non-nude beach. Also a question for MISpeedo, when you are in private or on the boat, why bother to wear anything? |
Is the first picture too much obvious penis for a non-gay beach with women and children or straight men?
|
You can certainly go on beaches with straight men, women and children so long as you don't get these swim briefs wet. Go in the water or stand in the rain and you will cause offense. Offended husbands and fathers can get violent or call the police, and everyone has mobile phones these days.
In SW France there are beaches where you can have a couple of miles of beach and dunes to yourself, that is the kind of place you can wear see through swimming trunks, over a hundred yards away no one can see that they are see through as you come out of the water. Anyone seeing you can choose to come closer or avoid you. There's enough space for everyone to do whatever they choose without causing offense. |
i think it depends where in the world you might wear it. I think European beaches might be accepting; there are plenty women wearing see-thru swimwear. A number of years ago I wore a very brief (1cm) white bikini speedo to a beach in southern Spain and it turned out to be partially transparent as my , then, wife told me but no-one else seemed to care. we walked quite a distance from our spot on the beach around a small head land to a more populated area which had a small bar and toilet/ wash house. I took another dip in the sea at that point which again made my bikini partially transparent much to the enjoyment of the lady janitor at the wash area. She certainly the view! My current wife favours white bikinis for the beach and has very brief Brasilian styles which leave little to the imagination and she's quite happy to wear it without concern. I enjoy that...:p

Do what you want but be prepared for the opposite reaction, not sure why you are asking the opinion of others...not making sense, would I wear these, no I have morals and respect and trust of others and that's is important to me, would I wear normal swim briefs in public?...why wouldn't I
