Mategear with full back?

Hi ... I really love these Mategear bikinis, except they only come with a part back, thereby exposing too much crack, in my opinion. Does anybody know where I can get similar swimwear but with full back?

https://mategear.com/collections/swi...nt=35593585030

I also like these ones from Mategear. The front in amazing. But my butt would be too exposed.

https://mategear.com/collections/swi...nt=27046805958

The pouch clearly doesn't fit hige dicks, but mine isn't huge. Would be amazing to wear at the beach if back was more coverred.

Do you have any Mategear Hava?

MISpeedo 02-19-2017 06:42 PM

Full back

SpeedoIan
Try the chat function on Mate Gear. they used to have some suits (styles) that had a full, or at least fuller) back when you ordered up one size. Good Luck.

Keep browsing the entire mategear website. Some of their swimsuits have near full coverage.

Wow - didn't even know these existed! So glad I joined the board (newbie!), though it's costing me already...

BikenSwim 03-27-2017 09:26 PM

Look at the Ultra series. I bought the Mategear Kyung Soo in XL, and there is plenty of rear coverage, comes high in back. I wear Medium in US suits, but XL or O in Asian suits, this helps a lot with rear coverage. The front pouch extends to cover nicely, no gaps, while it looks low-cut with narrow sides. It can easily stay on in ocean surf. :)

I also bought a Mini bikini in XL but it was too low-cut to grip my hips to stay up nice and tight. I like that tiny Mini front look, and envy the guys who can fit everything into them.

Have only just seen the Mategear brand. I think the designs are really hot but realistically, I think that they are only designed for the Asian market. I love low cut swimwear - I am a great fan of NeptuneScepter and wear them whenever I am swimming laps in the pool as well as on the beach - but the Mategear briefs , and especially the bikini briefs, are so low cut at the front that I cannot imagine how mens tackle can possibly be squeezed in, let alone be made decent in a public place and the backs hardly cover any of the buttocks. Also the pubic hair has to be completely shaved.

If you have not seen the YouTube promotions, you might like to view:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdoMeVmamgg

Now I know how some of the Japanese boys get those incredible tan lines that go across the middle (or the lower portion) of the buttocks!

Incidently, I read that the guy who started, and designs for Mategear did his degree and training in England (The Northumbria University School of Design). Does that say something for British swimwear design?

speedorob86 03-31-2017 06:50 PM

I have never purchased, but I love their pieces.

way too expensive for such minimal design/coverage lol

BikenSwim 03-14-2018 12:58 AM

I just bought a Mategear Nu Yo and Mo Jae, both have full rear coverage while very low and flat in front, here's a link for my pictures https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...7U?usp=sharing

Thanks for posting the Mategear pics. Those suits look great on you. What size did you order, what size do you wear in the speedo brief you showed for comparison?

I like how low the suits sit on you. Must you be totally soft, or did you actually have to tuck your balls or shaft in to fit?

Have you been to the beach wearing those suits?

BikenSwim 03-15-2018 05:07 PM

The Speedo is size 36. The Nu Yo and Nam Woo are 2XL, the Mo Jae is XL. I wear these or else gaff thongs to the Riis Park ocean beach. Sometimes I tuck my shaft and balls, the cold water shrinks everything nicely too. Never any complaints over the years.

You look good in those Mategear swimgear

Mategear Shi Woo

I love the Shi Woo from Mategear. The back however is too small for me on our beaches. The front pouch is anazingly small, and only cover my dick and balls. Nothing else. Perfect for the beach, but not pool. Pity the back is too small for me.

Hey Biken,

Could you post a few pics on this board. the URL failed to let me in to see your pics. I like the style of the Mategear too, but do not like the half-crack backs. so some direction here and real pic to look at would be very helpful.

I cropped two pictures for here, the Mategear Nu Yo suit which I wear to Riis Park ocean beach in NYC, stays on in the surf. The link works with Windows 10 Edge or Chrome browsers, anyone else like what they see? https://photos.app.goo.gl/6gDE92iBSnaASLsTA

SpeedoIan, I'm with you. I like the front of the Shi Woo series bikinis as well. But their backs are for crack addicts unfortunately.

The Shi Woo seems to be listed as underwear. Look for a swim suit with a full back, like the Nan Song XII https://mategear.com/collections/swi...13599152275539 or Kim Bae IX https://mategear.com/collections/swi...18071705288787 or better Ri Hae https://mategear.com/collections/swi...-cutaway-sides I'd love to see you in any of these

I have one of the "ultra" bikinis in the aqua color. They are a tight front fit in any size for anyone. Good to wear for shorter periods of time and to stay relaxed in.

Mategear are always very well made and high quality even if the sizing is a little wierd.

Great Looking Mategear suit

You look great in the low rise Mategaer suit. It fits you very well.

Mategear with full back?

They do look nice, especially on younger guys. After seeing a few of the photos, those full back Mategears, look like likes one of my tight Speedo swim briefs when stripping them off, just as I'm about to bare it all before showering and loosing that snug and secure feeling in them.

Mategear with full back?

An interesting swimsuit, but I think very thin younger guys should wear them. I wear full back Speedo swim briefs that feel good exposing some of a male's lower rear cheeks. The photos are nice, yet look like a tight fitting regular Speedo being stripped down and almost almost off before showering after a nice long swim.

This suit looks the best of all on you! It will "break in" and fit & feel better after you wear it a few days.

Low front and full rear

I buy the Mate Flat Front full rear suits with drawstrings so I can wear them low and tight in front, and they stay on in the ocean surf. I wear these at crowded beaches as they look nice, front and back. Latest album, Kae Jong, Rang Ji, and Nu Yo size 2XL and my hips are 39" I added the Cho Hyun I pouch suit for comparison https://photos.app.goo.gl/Hvoh82smNcVJ53df7

I'm thinking about ordering from Mategear soon. I have a 33" waist, and usually wear US size medium. Not sure if I should go XL or 2XL. What do those of you who have them recommend?

The suits are so low, only your hips matter, measure there. My hips are 39" and I wear 2XL. If your hips are 36" try XL. Also, no one liked the flat-front suit pictures, so I deleted them. The regular pouch suits with full rear look and fit much better. Their new styles are all pouch suits, the flat-front style is whatever sizes left in stock.
