Wear what you like. I was in south venice FL a little over a month ago and wore an adjustible front and back coverage swimsuit. I had the front and back both as small as it would go. Back was a Thong and the front more like a baggy. It was great to be out on the beach in venice fl looking for sharks teeth. Even had another lady with her kid come join my wife daughter and myself. She was well aware of what I was wearing and didnt say a word about my swimsuit.

A new member on the Bottom Drawer Forum posted that he regularly wears a thong to the Fort Desoto beach, which sounds to be microwear-friendly! :)
