swim brief with super narrow sides

Some time ago we had this long debate over whether a photo showing a volleyball player wearing a super narrow sided black swim brief war real or photoshopped and I think the conclusion generally was that the photo was altered, me included on this.

But in my scrounging around I just encountered a site selling a very similar super narrow black brief--and at a reasonable price. So if some of you guys are interested in "the look" take a look. Interestingly the brief seems to provide full coverage in the rear.

Yes it was me who posted the original question. Later in the same thread I posted the original image that I later found online. This confirmed that it had been altered - well they can't both be right, so unless extra material had been added?! Thanks for the link - I would wear them on the beach, but the back is a bit too full for me. But I can go on ebay and find something that appears to be very similar for $6 to $8 with free shipping. are these inferior to the product frundies is offering? That is an empirical issue. Someone here might want to research that and I would be interested in whatever is discovered.

Not sure if it applies in this specific case, but I think a common "trick" is to get you to do the Quality Assurance, instead of paying their own staff to do it. With unfettered refunds avoiding the need for even more admin staff the costs can be reduced. Certainly Amazon no longer need convincing before they'll issue a refund, though the reseller's ratings might reduce.

Mategear has a low-side suit with a full rear, so it can stay on you, but it is popular and selling out fast. I have several of their low flat-front suits I can wear in ocean surf. This is more colorful than the one on the volleyball player.

I won't wear a bikini with sides more than 1/2" wide. I've found no better styles or quality in the world better than those from The TM Collection Japan. The half-back versions made of wet look material are all I wear on the beach.

you should try these if you want narrow sides!! Best part is they have string to pull them tight so can be used at the beach for ocean swimming. Or for lap swimming as they wont fall off.

I had a sunseeker Rio at one time, same front, narrower back. I only used it for swimming and sunning in my own yard. Now I have a privacy fence so I don't have to wear anything there. I got rid of the sunseeker and some other tiny swimsuits.

SoCal, glad to hear you're a Skinzwear fan, too! Lots of guys on the Board have mentioned them in posts. Here's the link to my M73 Stuffit Rio. (Mine is a golden tan with a paisley print.) That "minimal" pouch is quite comfortable. I've tried mine on when fully erect to check for "appearance" in case of "sudden excitement," 😋 and my shaft is held comfortably in the down position with a nice bulge, with the material having just the right "give." Being a Rio, there is a "cheek-and-cleavage show" in the back 😁, and I'm okay with that! I'll be rockin' this teeny bikini on the beach on my next trip to Ocracoke Island on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where microwear for both men and women is welcomed. Yeah Skinzwear seems to be a well made brand. And they are often lined, which leaves a nice tan line. I like that Rio suit you have. With such a minimal front, I bet the bulge looks nice when aroused. I used to have a suit with a narrow back like that. It made it easy to pull the back up to tan the buns. Of course after a summer of fabric between the buns, the thong and g-string I just got feels wonderful lol.

Glad you like my Rio, SoCal! I got my suit lined (I do have SOME modesty 😁, but NOT much:eek: )..Yes, the bulge is nice. Like a Pullman compartment on a train, that tiny, well-engineered "space" has plenty of room for the "goods!" I've got great tanlines, too. My buns are pretty nice, and I may try a thong or g-string someday. But I love the eroticism of coverage only across the center of my butt, with the top inch or so of my butt crack tanned along with the exposed surfaces of the buns! I agree with your take on Skinzwear's quality. I'm planning to get one or two more of the M73 for my beach vacation. Yes lined suits are good for the wearer, keeps things in place and makes for a nice tan. But if I’m admiring someone in their suit I’d vote for unlined, especially if wet and clingy lol. I’ve worn Speedo’s and briefs for many years but I must admit thongs are so much better. I highly recommend getting at least one. Here are the suits I just got:

I've seen a lot of swimwear trends through the decades with what was once considered conservative as being risqué today. Swimwear was designed for swimming easily. Skimpy swimwear is wise to be worn by your wife for swimming, but how are you able to do the same in board shorts without drowning? Might as well jump into deep water fully clothed like I did for lifeguard training back in 1973.

My suggestion would be that instead of wearing clunky board shorts over the thong, instead get yourself a pair of jammers or even a pair of athletic style compression shorts. Either kind that fit really snug are good, I always undersize a bit.

The thong will work quite nicely as a liner, and the constant gentle tension of the back of the thong between your glutes as you move around will feel great. Plus, the thong pouch should be snug enough so that you can position yourself forward and up inside of it--a position you might be reluctant to try if you were wearing just the thong. This gives a great outline inside the jammers/compression shorts and you should be ultra-sensitive and horny in an instant. Your wife should figure this out quickly I would think.

If you want to go with just the thong simply remove the jammer like you would have removed your board shorts and dive into the water.

I think my wife thinks like most - that woman wear bikinis and men wear baggy shorts. But she has changed some. When we were dating, she wore a conservative one piece suit and I wore baggy trunks (with a thong under). I bought her a two piece bikini for a cruise, which she wore, and she was ok with me in a square cut suit. But the real credit goes to my stepdaughter for loaning my wife a thong for our honeymoon. I didn't know about that until we were at hotel. It was a neon red one piece but a little sheer, which was very exciting to see her wear in front of everyone at the hotel pool. I think was from Wicked Weasel. I was even more surprised when she told me where she got it lol. It may have been a good thing that I wore baggy trunks to pool, to hide my um excitement lol. Hopefully by next vacation (another cruise), I may be able to go without the baggy trunks.

I've worn thongs under baggy trunks for years, especially if the trunks are unlined. I do like how they feel, being so snug all over (It's not uncommon to get an erection from the sensation) This summer been tanning by pool (private) in just a basic black thong. It would be great on next vacation to wear a colorful unlined thong, maybe neon orange or white, that accentuates the details when wet. Fingers crossed wife is ok with that idea.

I have all three kinds of suits for the Beach, but the look and feel of a Minimal Front (Flat Front) is the most important for me. I have some smaller than these.
