Where online has anyone found a transparent when wet swim brief in white or other colors when wet 40, 42 and up waist sizes? Seems like the only ones I can find are up to a 38" waist size. I live in USA.

Kiniki white suits will be transparent are large enough for you.
Choose your Kiniki design according to the rear coverage you require, and whether you want a high or low waist line:

The only problem is they have front liners which I am trying to avoid. Any other suggestions? Not looking for tan thru want to show my package when wet.

Does it stretch waist size beyond the stated 41 " stated in the size chart?

Look at the size chart on the pages, they should fit you.

Is the front transparent even wit the liner?

If you want it fully transparent you'd have to cut out the front liner, it's difficult to find swim briefs in your size, most of the liner free suits are made in China and too small for you.
Your might try these, I've worn purple Acclaim and rather like them.

Wore my white Kiniki Brazil in the shower tonight. Th unlined real is totally transparent when wet. The lining in the front is also white and very thin, once they were wet they showed almost everything to the extent that you won't need to remove the liner. Anyone close to you will see your body through them while anyone further away will see you in swim briefs. The darker your skin the more they'll see. Is this what you want to achieve?

The Kiniki Brazil is an older design with a narrow high waist and a 3/4 rear. I think I preffer a more modern lower waist.
