A shop has limited sales space for men's swimwear, most of it will be taken up by board shorts, jammers and square cuts. With just a small amount of sales space left they bring in black and navy speedos.
If you want speedos and go to the shop you'll buy black or navy.
Currently due to covid the shops are all shut, if you want speedos or shorts you have to go online and you'll discover colours and designs you hadn't considered.

The school children are all at home as the schools are closed, some are preferring to wear shorts indoors and since they are constantly growing having to buy new shorts online, some are choosing shorter designs.
