Why is The MensSwimSuitBoard Off Line More often?

I've noticed that this board is becoming off line more and more often and I'm getting an error message.

I'm also wondering where is the MensSwimSuitBoard web page stored? Is it on a U.S. server or somewhere else in the world?

There is a bug in their site, any time it says it is down, I just log in to this Private Message area and get right in, then go to any other area
