It's Japanese or Chinese, Aqux make stuff like that though there is no brand logo. Aqux is high quality and yours look high quality graphics.

Came out around time of last olympics. Japanese made -- very pricey and cut very small and had no drawstring. They had a few that looked as if they were from olympic teams. I wear a 31-32 and found their largest too tight - especially in front. May find on Japanese swimwear sites or Ebay Australia.
