junior member to speedo member

Hey why some junior members have become speedo members and outher junior member (like me stayed the same) :eek: :confused:

looks like its based on accumulated number of posts...not sure of the necessary number..30 maybe??? One guy with 36 is a full member, but I'm still a junior member.
