I scoured the internet for this one too when I was doing springboard diving and came to the conclusion that it was a limited make...similar to the Team GB Diving swim brief. Only Team USA has access to order one

The logo is of a flag with a line of text beneath, I can't read it as it pixelates before becoming legible. Am not familiar with such a logo.
It reminded me of this suit : http://www.koalaswim.com/ko_all_items_master.htm
which I happen to have been given as a gift. it is a very brief and rather exciting bikini to wear. As the one in the photo is unavailable this might be an off the peg solution for you to stand proud for your nation in.
Edit; the link only takes you to the website, search for this item: Freedom Bikini FB7680, my apologies.

I agree with speedorob68 on the ease of navigation on Koalaswim's site.
This will take you directly to the item that Torchwatch mentions.

Oh, it was a BLAST! Unfortunately there's not enough interest to keep the masters team going, so my coaches left the pool and couldn't find another one that was affordable. So I'm not doing it right now, but plan to take it up again in the future

wicked. I did it for a bit 6 years ago. learned to flip into a dive and I was happy :)
I now trampoline once a week since January.
