What do everyone do in their speedos today? I worked all day, came home, and jumped in the hot tub in my favorite blue speedo. I love when there is snow all over the ground and I can just sit back and hang out in my speedos :D

Overtired from a hard week at work, I am wearing a pair of white Kiniki swim briefs as underwear. see through when wet, high cut and with the rear cut back, they are not exactly the latest fashion.

This was my third day in a row of hitting the pool and doing laps for exercise, actually putting my small Speedo collection to work. Today's Speedo was a black one with a purple stripe on the hip. I also got in the mail a new Speedo, the Poly Gone design (that is so great). Going to wear it in the morning.

Yesterday, my wife and I invited one of her boyfriends over. I was wearing a MateGear bikini as underwear under my shorts but when he got there, we all three got naked for the hot tub.
Today, I'm headed to a club to lay out in a MateGear bikini. I like the tanlines from the ultra-low rear!

Don't call it chickening out. When you are ready to wear the 1" Speedo Solar you will and only then will you enjoy doing it. Remember, swimming is supposed to be fun and putting pressure on yourself takes some of the fun out of it. But let us know when you do it.

Thanks! It's odd because that was the first Speedo I ever wore in public, except I was mostly all alone except for one or two people that walked by on the beach. The gym's a little more crowded, even early in the morning when I go. I think as soon as I know that another like-minded Speedo wearer is there it will make me feel more at ease. Right now I'm the only one I've seen there!

Today I wore these to do laps in:
https://40.media.tumblr.com/15ba0e7495582ad802e0a8a0fc0a50f2/tumblr_npn9w7oaDL1qhdp8ao1_1280.jpg
This felt like a big step because AussieBum briefs are much thinner than the Speedo brand briefs I always wear, and the 2.5" sides are slightly more revealing. But it felt great to wear them and I really liked how it felt in the water, wearing these thinner briefs. Of course no one cared, even though these are probably one of the more "louder" briefs I own. Tomorrow I wear the Solar bikini.
Sorry for posting in this thread all the time, now that I wear a Speedo pretty much every day (finally!), I could just talk about it all the time.

Good for you valorian2. That suit looks great on you and I especially like the print. Good luck with the Speed Solar 1" tomorrow. I'm betting that nobody will notice and you'll have a great swim.
Today I wore my AB 1.5 classic to do 25 laps. I tied it so it rode really low on my hips and it felt really sleek in the water. I think I may order another one for some variety.

Wore the red Solar Speedo today and it went great, I even stayed in the pool twice as long. Honestly it doesn't even feel that revealing anymore now that I'm back in the habit of wearing Speedos every day. I guess the next hurdle's going to be that AussieBum 1.5" WJ brief I just ordered, since it will definitely be the briefest swimsuit I own.

Last weekend, my wife and I went to Kemil Beach in the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore on Lake Michigan to lay out. Kemil Beach tends to be minimal swimwear-friendly, but we each took a couple of suits of varying levels of (in)decency just in case we needed to go a little more conservative.
She started out in a blue Wicked Weasel Mega Mesh bikini. It's not a thong, but it's revealing in other ways!
http://adultboating.com/files/SaucyWench/swimsuits/saucykemilwwmm.jpg
I started out in a navy blue N2N swim thong. I have worn a thong on Jamaican beaches, but never here at home. This was a first time for me, but there were no worries. Of course, I got some looks, but just as there have been gawkers when my wife has gone topless on this beach, we have never had any negative comments/experiences on this beach.
http://adultboating.com/files/NautiRogue/swimsuits/roguekemilthong.png
Later, she started to feel a little over-exposed in the Mega Mesh, so she changed into something more comfortable...
http://adultboating.com/files/SaucyWench/swimsuits/saucykemilww.jpg
After spending about 2 hours laying out in my swim thong, I decided that I didn't want to completely get rid of my MATEgear tanline, so I changed into an Extremely Sexy Mini Bikini with the ultra low style.

I had an interesting experience today. Visiting my daughter and her family this weekend - they've got a pool in their development so I was planning to swim my usual. My daughter has two sons who are on a swim team and they wear jammers, not briefs. She mentioned a while back when my wife told her I wear speedos that they are so revealing. It seemed to me that she would be uncomfortable if I wore speedos so I wore a Euro Sporti under a Tactics boxer type suit that has a very short inseam, an elastic waist, and a belt going around the waist. Getting in the water, the suit ballooned and the first time I pushed off the wall, the suit came way down below the top of the Sporti which itself is very low cut. So, I had no choice but to take off the Tactics suit and swim my 18 laps in the red Sporti. However, my intentions were good. So that's what I did in my speedo today.

Went lap swimming at a pool where I am visiting for my Godson's graduation. I had the whole pool to myself. I was wearing a California Republic emblem Hard Core Swim brief (2 inch sides, white background). About half way through my swim a guy took the lane next to me. He had on a Nike black with medium blue splice brief. He was about my same age and had a great body and looked hot. We swam at about the same pace, every once in a while we "raced" each other. I really wanted to meet him, but we were both into our swims. He was lean, his chest was hair free, as were his smooth legs. I was a several laps away from being done when I saw him leaving the pool. "Damn," I thought. I finished my swim and got out, probably ten minutes after he left. To my surprise, he was sitting on the bench near the pool. We ended up showing off our suits to each other and talking about swimming. He had never seen a Hard Core Swim brief and really liked it, so I told him where to get one and showed him a few of my Turbo and another HC I had in my swim bag (I always have spare suits). It was a nice end to my swim.

I just came back from a trip to Belgium. There was a pool at the hotel, and before I went on the trip I debated whether I should take my black Hom briefs with 1.5 " sides. The problem was not the location (being Europe) but that I would be swimming with my wife and she'd never seen me in anything that skimpy before.
Anyway, we went to the pool on the last day. It was in the basement of the hotel and was perfect, as we were the only ones there. She wore a conventional one-piece swimsuit, while I stripped down to my briefs. She didn't say anything, and we got on with our laps. I then left the pool to dive in at the deep end. My briefs slipped a couple of inches down, as I mustn't have tied them tight enough. Oops! Never mind. Later on, I did a couple more dives.
After the session and back at a room she then said 'you looked really good in those briefs.' I'm just going to wear them as much as possible now!

Have often thought about mowing the lawn in a speedo, but always decide I'm not quite that daring. Thought about it on Friday as it was very hot and humid, but again didn't actually go through with it. I live on a fairly busy street and people often mention that they saw me working in the yard, so I don't want to be seen by random people i know mowing the lawn in a speedo. I do back yard work in a speedo because my immediate neighbors have seen me in it since I have a pool, but I'm not ready for the front yard yet.

Great to hear! I will hopefully have a similar story soon, as my fiance has never seen me wear a Speedo of any sort before (we rarely get to public swimming areas or go on vacation) but we are finally making plans to go to a beach together again and I told him that I'm finally going to wear Speedos in public when we do. He's great because he's very encouraging about this and doesn't have any of the hang ups that so many people have about Speedos.

An older friend who is super involved with me and my boyfriend asked me to come over and help her out with some business work. She said I could swim for a while, so I wore my 1 inch Speedo Solar Black briefs. Up here in the northern reaches of Maine, USA we have had a slow to emerge Summer. Today was awesome, finally. I swam in the lake for two miles and then never took my Turbo swimsuit off, except when I mowed the grass and switched to a cool older pair of Funky Trunks. Tonight a boat ride with friends, I'll probably switch back to a Turbo or one of my newer Funky Trunks.

Today I mowed the grass wearing a Tactics swim brief under a pair of shorts - my neighborhood is too residential to just wear a speedo. Then I went to the Y and wore my new orange (right - orange...lol) AB 1.5 Wonderjock. It was very comfortable and felt really sleek, and I wouldn't hesitate to wear it again except for one thing. After I finished my swim and was back in the locker room, while rinsing my goggles, I looked in the mirror and saw the outline of my dick very clearly. Guess I won't be wearing that one at the Y - I really don't want to push the envelope in a family oriented setting. I might wear it at the beach, but not at the Y.

I wore my purple AB 1.5 WJ at the gym last week, trying it out like you did, and I made sure to have my towel at the ready just in case it was too see through. But when I checked myself out in the mirror after my swim, I didn't see anything revealing, it might be because the purple is a pretty dark color?

Today was beyond great. Me and the fiance went to a beach, my first beach in three years, and I got to wear my Aussiebum 2.5" superhero brief in public, out on the beach!
This was a big deal. This was only the second time I've worn a Speedo in public; I wear one every day at the gym pool but that's only in front of 4-6 other people at once. The first and only other time I've worn a Speedo was three years ago, and back then it was on the beach in September (http://www.mensswimsuitboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1591) and no one was around.
Today I got to go to a crowded beach, set up my towel, take off my swim trunks and wear a swim brief for hours in front of a lot of people, walking on the beach and everything. It was so great, the moment I've been waiting for for a while. I felt great, I felt confident.
The best news though was that 80% of the men on the beach were wearing Speedos. The other 20% were wearing short shorts, like 3-4" inseams. I had no problem rocking a Speedo in public for the first time because everyone else was. Definitely the ideal situation for wearing a Speedo in public.
I need to do this again, it felt so great and was so relaxing.

It was a beach down in the Rockaways out in New York that I got a chance to visit on vacation. It was in the unofficial gay area, which probably explains why there were so many men in Speedos, but the gender mix was still around 50/50 and the diversity of men in Speedos was all over the map; men of all ages and body types.

Had a swim in the local pool in this morning in my Hom briefs with 1.5 inch sides, and they really felt comfortable. The pool was packed - mostly with families, but that has no influence on what I wear. Anyway, there were girls there in bikinis with tied string sides. so who can complain?

Memorial Day weekend meant finally a return to the beach after a whole winter away. I did two days, one with a group of friends where I wore a retro-style square cut suit and got compliments (one friend was even like, I gotta get those for my boyfriend). Other day was a speedo day. It felt great to be back out and about again in a speedo, especially at my beach where the majority of men are wearing speedos. Looking forward to summer finally being here.

I went to Strood Sports Centre Pool and swam 60 lengths (25m) then a few more lengths using kick and pull buoys. I wore my new 2" Maru swim briefs, black with red side flashes. I also had new Maru goggles, they neither leaked nor steamed up and although they are a little dark for yellow I could see clearly and comfortably.
In the early morning lane swim there were 2 other men in speedos, one in square cuts and 2 in jammers. No board shorts this time. Lots of ladies in ladies one piece speedo suits.
As I left an Afro Caribbean man arrived wearing blue jammers. It's good to see male Lycra swimwear that isn't black.
I think men are currently confused, they want to do serious lane swimming and know that board shorts are just wrong for hard swimming, being uncertain what to wear instead they are staying away from the pool and letting the women take over.

Today was great! Clear sky, sunny. First, an 18 mile bike ride in Turbo Euro Water Polo briefs. It was 59 degrees when I went out, so the extra fabric and lining were welcome at that point. (A short sleeved sweatshirt too, for the same reason). Lots of people were out and about, and almost all gave me a "Good Morning". The temp had risen by the time I returned, so I changed into an Adidas Infinitex brief. One of my most comfortable (good thing I have 8 of them). Mowed my whole lawn. I often split it to one day outside the fence--then inside on another day--but today I did the whole thing in my Adidas. After that, I sat on my patio for a while and read. Eventually, it was time to take a shower and get something to eat. But it was a great day!

Today a cool front was going through. I lay out on my lounge on the patio in my red with gold/white side stripes, 1.5" AB. Earlier this spring my BFF and I went to Florida and I wore a wider Turbo so now I am trying to even up my tan lines. It was in the upper 70's, mostly sunny and a north breeze great day for tanning.

Our town'w limit is 6'. I was hoping to build an 8' fence around my pool and deck so the entire enclosure could be clothing free. With the 6' fence I can swim nude and sun in some areas, but have to wear something (usually just a speedo solar) for standing activities.

None of their (AB) suits are lined, at least that I know of; I love mine. I haven't had a speedo solar, but based on my AB suits compared to the other speedos that I have, the AB have a little looser cut. Try one out, sure you will like it.

The 2" cut are hands down my favorite suits; my only complaint is the limited color selection. They are 100% nylon and lined. They are less snug around the package than nylon/lycra and polyester blend suits. But, they are not Aussiebum loose baggy. Caussies do emulate the comfort of speedos of the 1960s and 70s but with a briefer cut.

Last night at the gym after working out, I wore an official nylon Speedo in blue with red and white vertical inserts at the sides into the co-ed pool and sauna area. The suit is a little loose, which makes my package look bigger than it is. None of the other folks in the sauna seemed to care.
What I really like about nylon Speedos is that they dry very quickly. When using the swimsuit spin dryer in the locker room they come out completely dry. There is no need to wrap them in a towel before putting the in my gym bag.

I am pissed. Washington is experiencing a heat wave of sorts, so I went swimming at a friends apartment complex pool; it was open air, so no roof, no walls nothing to obscure me in my Aussiebums from the residents. They climbed in, while I shed my shorts. There were kids there being supervised by their mom. I was hoping that the sight of swim briefs wearing homo like me would be enough to make her go," oh, dammit now the fags are in the pool... KIDS TIME TO GO!!!", leaving us with the pool to ourselves. instead, more people came into the tiny pool, making it more noisey and crowded. The one time I was banking on speedo-hate... and nope.

7, there just ain't any justice for us anywhere.... Being in Austin which is home to the lunatic fringe, makes no difference to pool attendees. Here the "free" pools are overcrowded with screaming kids all summer. The pool I swim at is open year-around, so when school starts again,, peaceful swimming will abound again. No Speedo haters here either.. Several guys in speedos at my pool too.

Traveling on business to Houston,TX. Room wasn't ready at check-in time, so while my coworkers went to the bar and had drinks on the hotel, I went upstairs to the pool deck to swim.
Used the public men's room adjacent to the pool to change into my 3" TYR briefs and pulled deck shorts over them, then got in the pool. There were a couple of families in the pool, so I swam a couple of laps on deck shorts... Then I took a deep breath and shucked the lame boardies, throwing them up on the deck and swimming my laps in my briefs.
At the end of my laps I was the only person left on the pool deck so I sat in a deck chair in just my suit, reading my phone and letting the suit dry out.

Went early morning swimming this morning in my new Nike swim briefs. In the water the black fabric becomes rough to the touch. This may be an attempt to break water surface tension so reducing drag. I hadn't noticed that these briefs have a rear seam until this morning. They seem to fit well enough and are a nice plain black swim brief, though personally I prefer a little colour.
The guy swimming next to me was a younger man swimming for the first time in ages to get fit. He was wearing knee length Adidas shorts and I could see through my goggles the amount of drag they were causing.
I suggested that he gets swim briefs or jammers that would allow him to glide through the water with less drag and effort. He said that he wouldn't feel happy wearing Speedos, so I suggested trying some jammers. Watching him swim I saw that while doing breast stroke he was kicking and pulling simultaneously. This is a common fault that slows swimmers down and makes breast stroke hard work, I got him to try a pull, glide kick glide routine, he found it worked but had trouble unlearning his usual style. Unlearning is often harder than learning.

Early morning swim at my local pool. Swam in my new Neptune Scepter briefs for the first time. Very pleased with the feel of the new material. Swam 1000metres in just about 17 minutes so pleased with myself. Then straight to the pool steam room and then the sauna for some relaxation.
No one in either steam room or sauna made any comment about my new briefs :( . When I wore my Union Jack Neptune Scepters for the first time I received plenty of positive comments from both male and female swimmers :)
Made my new briefs work hard with a few sprint lengths of the pool after my sauna.
Finally, as it was a warm sunny day here in London, spent some time sunbathing in my garden (back yard for my US friends)

Today in my speedo I went swimming for the first time in a year! (Yes, I got in the pool when I went to Arizona a couple months ago, but I don't count that because it was not for exercise and only lasted a few minutes because of how sun-heated the water was.) It was at my local gym in my hometown where I used to go with my mom. I went really light and only swam 500 yards because it's been so long, but I've also been eating less and have felt a lack of energy for the past couple days. Anyway, it felt so good to be back in a speedo in a gym pool setting and in the refreshing water.
I did have a couple awkward/potentially awkward moments, though. First, I went over to the jacuzzi to soak after my swim and a bit of sun-drying. I was soon joined by an older woman, probably 60's, and looked of Indian or Middle Eastern descent who was wearing a shirt in the pool in addition to her suit. So, I got the general impression that she was conservative in nature. Meanwhile, I had forgotten to check the timer before I got in, which meant that the jets turned off after about 5 minutes. I was seated closer to the dial, so she asked me if I would turn them back on, and I agreed, being a gentleman, but my mind froze as I realized that here I was, an overweight, pasty white young guy wearing nothing more than a navy blue speedo, and I would now be putting myself on full display for her! :0 Fortunately, she either paid no mind or didn't mention anything, so I was able to relax again.
Then, as I was heading back indoors, a rather attractive young female personal trainer came out the door to the pool deck with two rather attractive girls, obviously getting a tour. I tied my towel around my waist and rolled the top to keep it from dropping, but as I approached the girls to pass them and go inside, I felt the towel beginning to slip! If I weren't careful, I'd expose my speedo to those cute girls, and I'm not ready to advertise myself in that way yet! As coolly as I could manage, I pressed one hand holding the goggles against the towel to hold it in place and keep it from slipping off. Then, I got back inside and quickly changed to go home for dinner.
And that's what I did in my speedo today.

n the last couple of weeks I have visited two pools for the first time.
Firstly a few days vacation with the family at a CenterParc resort in England. (For my American Friends who do not know of these places, they are large family orientated vacation resorts - there are six or seven in England - accommodation mainly in family sized lodges and at the centre of the resort is a large swimming complex including baby and toddler pools, beaches and wave machines, rapids, flumes and slides etc). As a family, we spent much of our time in the so called "tropical swimming paradise". At any one time, I reckon that there would have been about 700 adult males in the complex and I only ever saw ONE other guy wearing speedos. Everyone else was in shorts! Note that many of the younger females, and some of the older ones were in bikinis. In the large swimshop by the swimming complex, they did not even sell swim briefs, however they did stock Speedo shorts and female Speedo swimwear.
Secondly, I have just returned from Dublin. Stayed in hotel that had a spa with small pool, sauna, steam room etc. I went swimming early each morning. Of the few guys in the pool at the same time as me, 100% were wearing Speedos.
My faith is restored!

Today I went swimming in white Aussiebums of which I've cut the liner out. They were already very transparent after I had taken a shower before doing laps and I noticed lots of people looking, which made me semi hard... Entering the pool I overheard the lifeguards saying my swimsuit was a little bit "on the edge", but they disn't address me about it, so I think it wasn't too much over the top yet... Maybe because most of the kids were in the play area of the pool (the pool for lap swimming is seperate).
Anyway, I had a good swim and a great thrill!
BTW, these were the AB's but without the liner or WJ:

This was not a clever thing to do. The lifeguard was put on the spot. A more mature one would probably ask you to go change-there are limits to everything! I sympathise somewhat by your daring but overall does not improve the image of speedo wearers who advocate wearing speedos.

As tight swimwear is mandatory in a lot of public pools in Belgium, there's no real neef for advocating to wear speedos. Younger people may not always be happy with it, but there is no judgement whatsoever towards people wearing speedos in Belgium...
There were 3 lifeguards, 2 in their 20ies and 1 in his 40ies. None said a word to me. Besides, some of the women/girls were wearing some very skimpy stuff too, so I don't think dressing "modestly/conservative" is a requierement in our pool. There are even some days where you can swim naked.
If I were in America, things probably would've been different. And I don't wear those see through suits all the time. Some are red, green, purple or dark blue. I mix them up, so there's a little for everybody ;) But the ones that go see through when wet are the most exciting, so also the most interesting ones to write about considering the others are just percieved as normal here...

They are lower cut than the Speedo and Maru briefs I usually wear and give a hint of tunnelling at the rear. Being bright red they catch the eye in a way unlike the black and navy briefs and square cuts other men wear at this pool.
The PBT/PL mix is less stretchy than Lycra and once wet creates a presentable bulge, while fitting comfortably. This fabric is supposed to resist chlorine and last longer than Lycra so something for everyone in this 2" swim brief.

I did the usual 1500 m swim then some pull and kick buoy training. Was wearing the red Arena Sarados swim brief again, feels normal rather than new now but still like the fit and how it looks.
There were three other men in the pool (but lots of women), one was wearing shorts, another was in jammers, the third in square cuts and I was in swim briefs. The women were all in one piece suits, a few with fuller figures had skirts added over the basic one piece design. I suspect that men wishing to swim lengths find it hard to decide what to wear, are put off because shorts are no good for swimming training while jammers look too technical and square cuts and briefs seem too brief compared to shorts they are used to wearing. The result is that they swim in longer shorts a couple of times getting repeatedly overtaken and give up.
Tried on a pair of yellow Wet Tackle swim briefs and stepped into the shower to see how they behaved. They rapidly became very see through and although the lined front was transparent it showed the shape of everything in detail. I am now thinking that I should seek a darker shade of yellow when I order the Arena Santamarias. Transparency is not advisable in a public swimming session.
I notice that a lot of the Arena Santamarias on sale on Amazon 2 days ago have now gone. have they been ordered by Board readers ?

Swam today 2000m in my AB Classic 1.5 royal blue. Outdoor 50m pool, and the water not cold at all. It was like being naked, magic of 100% nylon suit :) !
Compared to my turbo suits I wear when I swim with my team, it is much more comfortable ! However I don't know the durability of 100% nylon suits when swimming regularly in chlorinated water  ...I only used it a few times. I will see in the next weeks... Any feedbacks on the question ?

Woke up feeling rough this morning and not up to early morning lane swimming, so went back to bed. I am on holiday all week so no problem.
Found there was evening adult only lane swimming in another pool in town, haven't been to that pool since before the London Olympics in 2012 when this sports centre was upgraded to become a training camp, they had new running track built and the pool and gyms were improved.
Swam 2500m in my light blue fake Aussibum Lycra swim briefs. Was swimming better towards the end than at the beginning of the swim. I was the only swimmer there in briefs, there were a few in square cuts, more in jammers and some in short shorts. Although I was swimming distance I can usually keep up with or overtake swimmers in short or long shorts, especially when I'm doing front crawl.

Swam 1250m in my light blue fake Aussibums. Concentrating on correct leg kick so taking rests between sets.
Joined the afternoon swimming session, got talking to another speedo swimmer and his wife, they can't find coloured or patterned swim briefs in the local shops and are forced to wear the limited choice of black or navy they can find. I suggested searching on the internet. He admitted owning a swim thong that he only wore in his secluded garden in the summer. We both agreed that as swimming is fun and sensuous you should wear something brief and brightly coloured.

A 100% nylon suit will out last a lycra or spandex blend suit by years. I have 100% nylon speedos that were hand me downs from my brother that I have had of 15+ years that were used when I got them. The blends tend to break down in two or three years.

Have just found some old "The Finals" briefs at the bottom of a drawer. I used to swim and train in these 20+ years ago.
They still fit me, they are black (82% nylon 18% spandex) with one inch sides. The back material is now very thin and a bit "see-through" but the briefs still fit me well so decided to wear them for this morning's lane swim at my local pool. Did my usual 1Km before retiring to, and relaxing, in the sauna and steam-room. It brought back good memories swimming again in these briefs. I usually do my swims now in my Neptune Scepter briefs.

Swam 1500m in a different pool today. Wore my fake light blue Aussiebums.
I've bought some swim fins, small flippers for use in swimming pools designed to make you use your foot kick action correctly in front crawl. they make you go really fast but it is very tiring to use them. Finished the session doing 250m front crawl without the fins and found my swim style had improved.
I was the only male in swim briefs there, a few guys were wearing square cuts, no jammers and a few bad shorts (on slow swimmers).

Loved "The Finals" suits that were made in the 90s of that thin paper-type of fabric. Speedo, The Finals and a few others made those so-called 'paper suits' with extremely small side seams (under 2").
Today a short session of 2200m, alone in my lane, last day of holydays, in my black AB WJ Classic 2.5. Always great feelings with nylon suits ;) . I remember the first times with nylon suits, when I took a look in order to check if my suit stayed in place  ... It was like to swim naked. Now it is more natural to swim with it, but when I swim with my team I wear Turbo suits, all is well maintained, and no drag at all, but less comfortable of course.

Why would you mind? You are adequately covered. Besides, if you wear a speedo at all, you need to do at least some of your sunbathing in them (or nude) to avoid the white thigh effect.

Practicing yoga or martial arts, for me, are always a good way to work on breath, balance, flexibility, and inner mind qualities. I have been practicing martial arts for more than 20 years. But yoga is my quiet moment, like meditation...
If you have an opportunity to do a retreat so go for it, it could be a very positive experience :)

I went for a walk wearing a tiny red thong. I woke up around 2:30 am, the moon was nearly full and shining the temperature was right and there was no smell of smoke from the forest fires. So naturally I thought it is a good time for a walk. I pulled on the thong I had been wearing while puttering around the house for much of the day, and a pair of shoes and out the door I went. I walked through my neighborhood for about a mile. When I returned home I thought... that feels good.

Wore my tiniest of microkinis today when my wife and I took our boat out to enjoy the last days of summer and to spend some quality time with the grandkids, our grown daughters, and daughter_in_law.
At first per my wife's request I wore a more conservative black Prevail Sport Rio string bikini, but as the day got hotter it felt like being too overdressed. I convinced my wife to be able to wear my new black US4men Python two tone thong for most of the time that we spent out on the lake. Since our girls were wearing g_strings and thongs, she thought it was more than OK for me to wear mine.

Torchwatch - here is something you might enjoy. Yesterday I went to a nearby university here on the east coast of the U.S. - they keep their outdoor pool open until about Oct. 1 (most outdoor pools close here the first Monday (Labor Day holiday) in Sept. Anyway, it was a beautiful day - mid -80s, bright sunshine, but I was told I would have to leave by 3 pm because a "private event" was scheduled. So I swam 2500 yards in my royal blue Tyr brief. A few minutes before 3, I noticed quite a few handsome young guys entering the pool area, and I guessed they were probably 'fraternity' brothers. Each group had their own frat tee-shirts, and most had on matching board shorts. I went to the locker room to get dressed - and there were quite a few guys putting on Speedo-style briefs! I was shocked - you rarely see such suits at the outdoor pool where most of the college kids just sunbathe and flirt. And the most shocking thing is - one team was wearing the camo suit in your picture! I'm sure it was the same suit because I noticed the vertical stripes on the right hip! Another team was putting on a different type of brief suit which was blue. As I left the facility, I could see the guys lining up along the side of the pool ready to start the first race - so it must have been some sort of "Fraternity vs. Fraternity" swim meet - about half the participants in racing briefs, the others in board shorts. Go, Speedo boys!

That is an advantage of going where there will be a significant number of European and/or Latin American men. Speedos will be common enough that they will not be conspicuous. I found that to be the case on a Panama Canal cruise I took last winter. Wore only speedo solars on the pool and sun deck, including through the outdoor buffet line for lunch.
Today, in my Kiniki tan through micro brief, I tried it in my own pool at home. Water at 6° C  .
I just wanted to see if I could do it, and no problem at all. The skin turns red, and it is a great feeling. The body has some reactions when you go into the water, and when you exit from it. I did it three consecutive times : I love it. I think I will try in the sea, and here during winter the sea is around 12 °C, so it will be easier.:)

Today 2300m in my new Marcuse Arrest me black. Second time I swim with Marcuse swim brief, and I love it. I have also a Marcuse navy Patrol swim brief, Wich is exactly the same cut than Arrest me.
I was not sure if this model was too much or not, but in fact no problem at all. On the Marcuse website their models show a little of butt crack (!), but you can wear it in a more conservative manner
Very good quality in terms of materials (italian lycra and nylon) and style. Probably the sexier swim brief I have. Very comfortable to swim due to elasticity.
Of course when wet, like all swimwear with lycra it is very close to your skin in the front, but it is ok for public pools.I will post some pictures, you will tell me what you think.
Tomorrow is a swim meet day for me, warm up in a turbo swimsuit, and race in Arena powerskin jammer...

Went swimming in sharkskin jammers today.
I've worn Maru Lycra jammers before and all the fabric just got soggy and flappy when wet and I hated the feeling.
The tight fitting sharkskin jammers moved through the water ok but felt restrictive especially when doing breast stroke. I could feel the leg elastics pulling as I kicked.
I think I much preffer swim briefs to jammers or square cuts for swimming. I had to buy square cuts to use a campsite pool after my car broke down in France last summer.
Lycra jammers are ok for around the campsite or walking on the beach but no good for swimming.
Back in the locker room I had trouble getting the sharkskin jammers off, they stuck around my ankles. When I finally removed them and gave them a shake tiny water droplets flew off in all directions. So the water did sit on the surface of the fabric and not get absorbed by it.
I got the jammers from Ebay and OK they were cheap compared to the big brands. If you'd never swum in briefs you might like them.

mmm, deep down I think jammers are for those that dont like to show too much leg...anyway I'm sure the reasons are many but there is no doubt I will never wear jammer's, wore square cuts for a short while then had to ditch them for brief style, my last square cut I'm keeping as its a black speedo V square with red stitching and rather sexy

I went to my swim club pool wearing new shiny green colored speedo swim briefs that kept me very snug and secure underneath and really felt great. it was nudists day at the club and swimming naked in the pool was required that day. I forgot it was their special day and while in the locker wearing my new green swim briefs, was reminded that I would have to swim in the nude only. Being there already, my good friend, our swim club manager escorted me out to the pool area. I blushed a lot from shyness seeing these good looking naked guys in the pool. I was still in my tight green speedo and now fully erect underneath, when told by him that he will get me unspeedoed and naked before going into the pool. There were about six naked guys swimming when they saw me still wearing my tight shiny green swim briefs. They stopped swimming to watch my plight of shyness, when I was about to loose my hot looking swim suit and being my first time swimming in the nude. I would feel no shame, once our swim club manager had my tight green suit off me. I was still young and in good shape, but embarrassed having a full erection well encased in clinging lycra nylon and soon baring it all for them. The manager slowly uncovered and untied the long white draw strings, then turning me around several times, while stretching and loosening the tight green waist band that raised just below my waist. The naked guys in the pool watched with enjoyment waiting to see me show it all and join them in the nude. There I stood on the pool deck, squirming, crossing my legs and trying to cover my full hard on well outlined in green. He had just a long towel bathrobe on, as he would joyfully and firmly pull the tight shiny green swim suit down below my waist. The feeling of the clinging material coming off was beautiful, despite the embarrassed of my soon to be uncovered and exposed full erection. I told our club pool manager that a few other young male members will be showing up wearing their speedo or Adias swim briefs, not knowing this was nude swimmers day at the club. He just said "they'll be taken care of when they arrive." Now my moment of truth happened while he was pulling and tugging it down below my hips, when my very healthy erect penis slipped out from under the still clinging green speedo. now bouncing free and pointing outward. I was blushing bright red now, as he uncovered all my lower privates with me making boyish yelps, once he peeled the clinging speedo down my tightly squeezed legs and freeing my wiggling feet from the tangled green lycra nylon. Finally He had me naked, then all the naked guys in the pool watching gave lots of joyful cheers and looking forward to me joining them in the pool. I soon overcame my shyness and embarrassment baring it all and had a good time swimming naked on nudist day at our club. So that's what happened wearing my new tight bright green colored speedo today. It was a great new experience for me while wondering what will happen to my friends and members, when they arrive at the swim club wearing their tight speedo swim briefs.

Thanks for the compliment, Polyamid. Finally getting close to where I want to be, shapewise and endurance-wise. This suit is one of my favorites. The pic is not real clear. there is a little green swirl design in the rear which is subtle but nice.

You should have thrown the t-shirt in the wash and been there in just your speedo with no shirt available until the laundry was done.

I pissed off my neighbor. Thought my Tommy Bahama Hawaiian print boxer trunks were underwear and I should put some clothes on. I suggested my swim suit and he said anything was better than my boxer shorts. I put on a speedo that is too small (looks Japanese it is so small). Needless to say he flipped out and was going to complain to HOA. I told him I'm in my yard and if he didn't want to see me in my speedos go in the house or build a wall, but F___ Off. It was a fun day. Spent most of day in yard to annoy him.

I always told myself that if I ever got my own house I would do one of two things: I would either build a really tall fence in my backyard or get a enough bamboo plants (They tend to grow fast and grow very tall) to block the neighbors view of my yard. This is the exact reason that I would do one of these things. Some people have no real problems in their lives so they have to create problems. Some people...

So I didn’t get to post yesterday, but I went to a hotel pool in the city yesterday. Wore a new (as in I just got it) high cut turquoise speedo which is apparently an early 90s design; it’s in great condition. And I felt totally at ease the whole day, didn’t get comments, stares or anything. So in essence, yesterday was my first official time going public in a Speedo.

MY last house had a 7' wall around the back yard for pool privacy. When I moved here I was planning a pool but like the open yard and the wildlife that wanders in. Coyotes, Roadrunners, Quail, Owls live in my tree and I've even seen a Bobcat.
Missing the pool I decided that I would put in in the front courtyard. It is a large enough space to hold a nice pool, patios and plantings all enclosed in within a 7' wall to match the house, a regular front door and a medium size pool with a rock waterfall. It will look like a natural pond. Until it is done -- my back neighbors will just have to deal with me in speedos. When my pool designer heard about him he has worn his speedos when he comes for consultations. We meet on back patio in full view to antagonize the neighbor.

My town limits privacy fences to 6'.
Swimming and sunning are completely private, but it is not high enough to stand on the deck without being seen.
I swim and sun nude, but wear a speedo for vacuuming the pool and similar chores.

I went once again to the rooftop pool at a hotel in the city. This was my second time there. I wore my black Kiniki Riviera today and actually got a compliment. There were some families with kids there today but nobody said anything about my swimsuit. I felt totally at ease today and felt no anxiety about it. I’m starting to become a lot more comfortable in my own skin.

Today I got nostalgic and put on my 1990 Speedo bikini I used to go sailing the Catalina 25 and cleaned the hot tub for another fall and winter season. Still fits but getting a bit old. And still feels great!! Speedo got into the leisure wear for a while and I really liked this suit.

It is a well made suit. I think nylon spandex, typical of the day. The material is ribbed and gives it a nice texture. I burned up Lake Travis in it scooting up and down the lake. A fun memory.

Do you have your own washer and dryer? If you do, the best way to do laundry is nude. Then all you clothes are clean when you are done.

Spent most of the day laid out on Brighton Beach just chilling, reading and catching a few rays. Started the day off in my ‘Neptune Sculpture’ Union Jack trunks, as the weather warmed up I slipped them off to tan in the seriously briefer suit I was wearing underneath!
Plan on doing the same tomorrow!

Unfortunately speedo weather has come to an abrupt end here in Kentucky. With that said, and since it's been quite a while since I visited the forum, I'll say I've discovered playing basketball in a speedo is quite awesome. Shooting hoops in my driveway on a sunny 90 degree day is a great way to stay in shape, work on that tan and drive passing motorists crazy. I highly recommend it. If your buds come over to play a game of two on two, don't expect to be gaurded very heavily though lol
